How the Gambia Football Federation handles your information on this platform.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address. Email is entirely optional — you can sign up and buy tickets with just your name and a Gambian phone number. When you buy a ticket we record your purchase, the seats you chose, and the payment reference from your provider.

How we use it

Your details are used to issue tickets, send purchase confirmations (by email when provided), let you access your tickets in your account, and help gate staff verify entry. Payment card or wallet details are processed by your chosen payment provider — we never see or store them.

Ticket QR codes

Each ticket contains a unique QR code used for gate validation. Treat it like cash — don't share or publish it. A screenshot is enough for someone else to use your entry.

Sharing

We share the minimum required data with payment providers to complete your transaction, and with gate operations staff to validate entry. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your choices

You can update your name, email, and phone number from your profile page, and you can delete your account and data at any time — in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at gffticketing.com/delete-account.
