GFF Federation Hub
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to tickets bought or reserved through the official GFF ticketing platform.
Tickets
Every ticket carries a unique QR code valid for a single entry. A ticket is personal — do not share, publish, or forward it. Anyone who presents a valid QR code at the gate will be admitted, and the first successful scan wins: if someone else scans your QR before you, your ticket will be rejected. GFF is not responsible for entry denied because a ticket was shared, copied, or screenshotted.
Purchases & payments
Ticket prices are shown in Gambian Dalasi (D) at checkout and processed by the payment provider you select (ModemPay, Nafa, Wave, Afrimoney, QMoney, APS, Yonna or card). A ticket is only issued after the provider confirms payment. If a payment is left pending or fails, no ticket is created and the seat is released.
Refunds & cancellations
Tickets are generally non-refundable once issued. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, GFF will communicate the refund or transfer policy for that fixture. Refunds for eligible payments are handled by the federation's finance team.
Reservations
Some sections, seat ranges, or ticket types may be reserved by the federation and will not be available for online purchase. Sections shown as 'Reserved' are not for sale to the public.
Entry requirements
Present your digital or printed ticket at the gate listed on it. Gates open at the times announced for each fixture. Prohibited items and conduct rules set by the federation and stadium authorities apply at all events.
Misuse
Tickets obtained fraudulently, resold above face value, or reproduced may be cancelled without refund. The scanner system flags duplicate scans as fraud.
